Mike Romano

Mike Romano has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at various companies over the course of their career. Mike is currently the Chief People Officer at M2 Orthopedics since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Human Resources at Red Robin from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Pepperjax Grill from 2016 to 2018. Mike also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as the Regional Partner Resources Manager at Starbucks from 2002 to 2014 and as the Manager of People Relations at Southwest Airlines from 1990 to 2002.

Mike Romano attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
