Kelly Read, MBA, PMP, SA, serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at M3, where responsibilities include providing leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and improve revenue while managing operational procedures. Previously, at Global Payments Inc., Kelly held several roles, including Vice President of Data Solutions Delivery, Chief of Staff to the CISO, and Director of Data & Analytics, where significant achievements included driving data strategy and enhancing security services. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions at Dinova, Cricket Wireless, AT&T Mobility, and Atlanticus, focusing on product marketing, program management, and international telecommunications strategy. Kelly holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in History, Theology, and Philosophy from Saint Anselm College.
