Kelly S. has extensive experience in customer success and operations roles. Kelly currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success & Operations at Veyl Ventures, where they lead a sales and support team and promotes a culture of customer success. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Experience at Everlane. Kelly has also held leadership positions in customer experience at Chewse, Minted, ConnecTV, and Kodak Gallery. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Services Manager at Neopost, Inc and in operations/fraud at LVMH - Eluxury. Kelly S. began their career as a Merchant Operations Supervisor at Infospace, where they were responsible for hiring and training employees and maintaining a productive operations team.
From 1997 to 2000, Kelly S. attended Mission College where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. No degree was obtained during this time.
