Karen Garcia

Karen Garcia has a diverse work experience starting with their most recent position as an Associate Director of Qualitative Research at M3 Global Research since February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Qualitative Project Manager at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023.

Prior to M3 Global Research, Karen worked at Sermo, where they held various roles including Qualitative Operations Lead and Senior Project Manager from April 2021 to March 2022, Senior Project Manager, Qualitative from July 2020 to April 2021, Project Manager from May 2019 to July 2020, and Project Coordinator from November 2017 to May 2019.

Before joining Sermo, Karen gained experience at the Audi Service Center as a Service Area Assistant from December 2016 to October 2017. Karen also worked at Coldwell Banker as an Administrative and Coordination Assistant from February 2016 to November 2016.

Karen Garcia obtained a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones internacionales y asuntos exteriores from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. Prior to that, they completed their Técnico en Mantenimiento de Equipos y Sistemas from Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Puebla.
