Max Kuklin

Max Kuklin has extensive work experience in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise software development and market research. Max has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their time at Xtenda as a Software Engineer from 2009 to 2011, where they developed e-commerce websites and coupon aggregators for clients.

In 2011, Max joined M3 Global Research as a Senior Software Engineer, where they supported and improved the operations of the Market Research business. Max developed valuable tools such as Panel Builder, Survey Management, and Invitation systems.

Max then progressed to the role of Lead Software Engineer at M3 Global Research in 2018. In this position, they led a team of engineers in the technical development of innovative enterprise software. Max designed and implemented a next-generation development infrastructure based on microservice architecture, which replaced legacy monolithic applications. Max also worked on creating a compensation and fraud prevention system that efficiently distributed payments to customers in multiple currencies using various payment methods.

Most recently, Max has taken on the role of Director of Software Engineering at M3 Global Research in July 2021. In this capacity, they are responsible for hiring and managing engineers, shaping projects in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Additionally, they provide technical leadership and vision for building a cloud-based enterprise development ecosystem.

Max Kuklin attended Engineering State College (Yoshkar-Ola) from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science.
