Mike Caton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike started their career at Gettysburg College as the Chief of Staff for the Music Department, where they managed logistical details and oversaw a staff of student workers and volunteers. Following this, they worked as the Assistant Clubhouse Manager for the Long Island Ducks, responsible for clubhouse operations. Mike then transitioned to the Bridgeport Bluefish, serving as the Baseball Operations Manager, where they controlled and managed all aspects of the Baseball Operations department.
In 2007, Caton joined M3 Technology as the Director of Compliance & Quality Management, overseeing the company's export compliance program and developing a quality management system. Mike later took on the role of Director of Operations, where they provided supervision and input into the company's operations. Caton then progressed to become the Vice President of Operations, with executive oversight of all departments and regular consultation with ownership. Mike eventually became the Chief Operating Officer of M3 Technology, a position they currently hold.
Caton has also been involved in various non-profit organizations and advisory groups. Mike served as a Member of the Board for ADDAPT and Member of the Board of Directors for the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation. Additionally, they were a Member of the Defense Trade Advisory Group.

Mike Caton received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Gettysburg College, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended WIHS from 1998 to 2002, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study.
