Jodi Riley has held several roles in human resources throughout their career. Jodi is currently working at M3 Insurance as the Senior Director of Human Resources, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at M3 Insurance from August 2021 to December 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at M3 Insurance. Before joining M3 Insurance, Jodi gained experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they were promoted multiple times, ultimately becoming the Senior Manager of Human Resources. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, they received the President's Club Support Role Award for their performance in 2019. Jodi also has experience as an Employee Services Manager at FAC Services, LLC, where they led an HR services transformation and managed various HR functions. Jodi began their career as a Human Resource Generalist at the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, where they supported talent and structure during a period of growth and managed compensation and recruitment processes.
Jodi Riley, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Franklin University. Additionally, they have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Western Wisconsin Technical College. Jodi also completed the Finance Apprenticeship Program at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. In terms of certifications, they have a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Jodi also completed the Thermo Fisher Scientific Human Resource Leadership Program in the fall of 2019.
