Matt Boray

Matt Boray is currently the Director of Employee Benefits at M3 Insurance in Milwaukee. Matt has been with the company since July 2004 and has worked their way up through various roles including Senior Account Executive and Partner. Prior to M3 Insurance, Matt was a Sales Consultant at Medical Benefit Administrators (MBA) where Matt focused on self-funded medical plans. Matt also has experience as an Agent at Northwestern Mutual Life, specializing in Individual Life and DI sales. Matt holds a double major in Risk Management & Insurance and Management & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
