Frank Melani is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in valuation and property management. Currently serving as the Managing Valuer for Residential Development at M3 Property since February 2022, Frank previously held the position of Senior Valuer in the same company. Prior roles include Commercial Valuer at Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney and a series of residential valuation positions at Preston Rowe Paterson. Frank began the career as a Property Valuer at National Australia Bank and gained early experience as a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager at McGrath Estate Agents. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Commerce (Property Economics) and a Master's Degree in Property Development & Investment from Western Sydney University, along with an Advanced Diploma in Valuation from TAFE NSW.
