Stephanie Vella

Stephanie Vella is an experienced valuation professional currently serving as a Senior Valuer - Retail at M3 Property since August 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Urbis from February 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Valuer and Certified Practising Valuer roles, as well as serving as an Assistant Valuer. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Valuer at Australis Consulting Pty Ltd in 2018. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Business from the same university in 2017. Education was initiated at Loreto Kirribilli, where the NSW Higher School Certificate was obtained in 2016.
