Frank Emsick has had a long and varied career in the field of engineering, construction, and capital planning. Frank began their career in 1992 as an Associate Director at Pfizer, where they were responsible for facilities, engineering, real estate, construction and capital planning. In 2007, they joined Alegent Health as the Facilities Operations Executive, managing 150 employees, thousands of contract personnel, and more than 100 buildings and 6 million-square feet. In 2012, they became the National Planning, Design & Construction for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), where they developed a robust and focused group focused on developing capital plans, standards, and programs. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer of M6Connect Corporation, where they worked on software solutions for all departments and industries. Finally, in 2017, they founded Uvolv, a software platform that celebrates the creativity and athletic ability of the nation's youth from their early years through retirement.
Frank Emsick obtained their Undergraduate Studies degree in Math from the University of Nebraska at Kearney between 1988 and 1991. Frank then went on to obtain a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1991 and 1994. In 2001, they obtained an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University, which they completed in 2003. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ExpertRating.
