Abbie Jones

Abbie Jones is currently the Divisional Director – Legal Counsel at M7 Real Estate. Abbie has extensive experience in advising clients on the formation, structuring and on-going operational needs of funds across the private equity and real estate sectors. In particular, Abbie has advised clients on all aspects of indirect real estate transactions including real estate M&A, joint ventures, structured acquisitions and real estate funds.

Prior to their current role, Abbie worked as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP from August 2012 to May 2016. During their time there, they spent 7 months on secondment at M7 Real Estate Ltd.

Abbie Jones has a type LPC from BPP Law School, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from University of York, and a degree from St Joseph's College.
