German Figueroa

German Figueroa has been in the workforce since 2011. German began their career at Automated Building Services as an Employee, where they were responsible for supervising the complete maintenance of the facilities and ordering cleaning supplies as needed. In 2012, they joined American Bureau of Shipping as a Contractor/Windows 7 Deployment Tech, Customer Service Analyst, and Desktop Support Analyst. In their role as Customer Service Analyst, they provided technical support remotely via telephone and email, and was proficient with software installation and Microsoft products. In 2020, they joined M7 Services as a Support Engineer.

German Figueroa attended the University of Houston from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Computer Information Systems. In October 2020, they obtained a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
