Kellie Lovely

Kellie (Brumbaugh) Lovely is a GPS Consultant at M9 Solutions, providing RMIC support to ASA(FM&C) since February 2024. Previously, Kellie served as Supervisory Budget Officer at the US Army, overseeing the Program and Budget Division at USAG Fort Bliss in 2022. At NORAD & US Northern Command, Kellie held the role of Program Analyst, leading the FY24-28 Program Objective Memorandum and advocating for over $15 billion in funding. Kellie's extensive experience in the US Army includes roles as Program Analyst, Financial Synchronization Officer, Acquisition Management Analyst, and Budget Analyst, focusing on resource management, budget execution, and audit compliance. Kellie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech, an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics from Murray State University, and is completing the Project Management Professional certification through Syracuse University’s IVMF Cohort.
