Hung Nguyen Le is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Commercial Mortgage Underwriting at VA Capital since July 2019, where previous roles included Associate and Analyst. Concurrently, Hung holds the position of Associate in Acquisitions & Financing at Soliman Corp and has experience as an Analyst in Commercial Real Estate. Involved with professional organizations, Hung is a member of M&A Club Canada and Young Canadians in Finance since 2020 and 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Fraud Prevention Officer at Desjardins, where Hung focused on analyzing suspicious transactions and advising clients on fraud prevention measures. Hung holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Concordia University, earned between 2016 and 2020.

M&A Club Canada
The M&A Club is the largest association for M&A and financing professionals in Canada. Our network of 14 Chapters represents over 1500 members and 200 organizations actively involved in the transactional space. Our mission is to bring together all parties involved in mid-market transactions to facilitate deal-making. Each Club holds 10 roundtable meetings where members propose and discuss their mandates confidentially.
