Kristy Jones

Kristy Jones has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Kristy is currently working at MA Financial Group as a Finance Director since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Finance Manager at the same company from April 2021 to March 2023. Before joining MA Financial Group, Kristy worked at Marshall Wace as the Head of financial reporting and analysis from September 2015 to October 2019. Kristy also gained experience at BlueCrest Capital Management, LLP, where they held various positions such as New Business Manager from May 2014 to August 2015, Head of Financial Reporting from July 2012 to May 2014, and Financial Accountant from December 2008 to June 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Entity Controller (contractor) at Deutsche Bank from January 2008 to July 2008, and as an Assistant Financial Controller (contractor) at Milestone Capital Partners LLP from January 2007 to December 2007. Kristy started their career as a Senior Accountant at PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers (Australia) from November 2004 to December 2006.

Kristy Jones has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with a major in Accounting and Finance, which they earned from the University of Wollongong from 2000 to 2004. In 2005 to 2006, they attended Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand to pursue a Chartered Accountant certification. Most recently in 2019, they completed the Corporate Finance Programme: Accounting and financial analysis at the London Business School.
