William Naughton

William Naughton has a strong background in compliance and legal roles within the finance industry. William is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Advisory and Securities Compliance at MA Financial Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Compliance at Pershing Securities Australia Limited. William also served as the Head of Commodities Compliance at Macquarie Bank and Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they were ANZ Head of Banking, Treasury Services and Research Compliance. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, Senior Manager and Lawyer at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and Derivatives and Traded Products Counsel at UBS and Merrill Lynch Investment Bank. William began their career as a Senior Solicitor in Banking & Finance at Mallesons Stephen Jacques.
