Daryl Hurst

Daryl Hurst has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Daryl started their career at McDonald's in 1998 as an Hourly Team Member and later worked their way up to become a General Manager. After leaving McDonald's, they joined Outback Steakhouse in 2004 and held various managerial positions, including Managing Partner. In 2015, they joined Bloomin' Brands, Inc. as an Operations Excellence Manager. In 2019, they joined Maaco Corporation as the Director of Learning and Development, and subsequently, they held positions as Regional Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President Operations & Franchise Services. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer and is set to become President in 2023.

Daryl Hurst started their education journey in 1999 at Tennessee Tech University - College of Business. Daryl pursued a field of study in business before graduating in 2003. In 2005, Daryl attended Tennessee Technological University, where they obtained an EMT-IV Certification. Their area of focus during this time was emergency healthcare.
