Selva Sudharsan

Selva Sudharsan has been working as a Lead Caster at Maaden Aluminium Company since April 2014. In this role, Sudharsan ensures proper coordination with casting operators to achieve production targets and maintains optimum metal temperature throughout the casting process. Prior to this, Sudharsan worked as a Team Lead at Vedanta Aluminium and Maaden Aluminium, starting in August 2009. In this role, Sudharsan served as the shift incharge in the Ingot casting and Billet casting sections.
