Bhavak Shah has over two decades of work experience, starting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and progressing to managerial roles at Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. Bhavak managed Process Improvements and Modification Projects as Manager of Corporate Planning & Technical Services. At Maaden, they held roles such as Superintendent of Logistics and Lead Specialist in Business Improvement, focusing on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. Bhavak's experience includes overseeing operations, developing goals, monitoring KPIs and OEE, and conducting engineering studies for improvements.

Bhavak Shah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University from 1988 to 1993. In 2023, they also received certifications in "PL-300: Loading & Transforming Data in Power BI" and "Exploring Data Visualization" from Skillsoft.
