Bassam Al Bassam has over 17 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Bassam is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Maarif Education since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at SPIMACO from March 2019 to April 2020. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Human Capital Director at Advanced Electronics Company, where they were responsible for talent management, training and development, and manpower planning. Bassam has also held positions as the Senior Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Advanced Electronics Company from 2012 to 2017. Before that, they worked as a Training Manager at Advanced Electronics Company from 2008 to 2011. Bassam Al Bassam has experience in the telecommunications industry as well, having worked as the HR Training Administrator at Mobily from 2005 to 2006. Bassam began their career as an HR Training Assistant at Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) from 2003 to 2005.
