Ian Erhardt

Ian Erhardt is an experienced executive in the field of operations and capital construction. As of February 2025, Ian serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at MAAS Companies, Inc. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Tsui Group from September 2024 to February 2025. From October 2020 to September 2024, Ian was the Associate Vice Chancellor of Capital Construction at Los Angeles Community College District. Ian earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach, where studies took place from 1997 to 2006, and also completed General Education coursework at California State University, Fresno, from 1994 to 1995.
