Waleed Al Fahad has extensive work experience in various roles within the facilities management, project management, and construction industries.

From 1999 to 2004, Waleed worked as a Project Engineer for Kuwaiti Manager Company & Bovis Land Lease (JV).

Waleed then joined Global Logistics Services & Warehousing Co. in 2004, where they served as a Projects Manager. In this role, they were responsible for turnkey projects, project planning, contract documentation, policy and procedure creation, site supervision, and obtaining permits and approvals from governmental authorities. Waleed also conducted feasibility studies for BOT projects.

In 2010, Waleed joined Mabanee Company (K.P.S.C), where they had several roles. Waleed started as an Assistant Facilities & Services Manager and then progressed to Tenant Affairs Manager. In these positions, they managed daily operations, assisted in the development and improvement of The Avenues mall, and reviewed and approved tenants' technical plans. Waleed later became the Executive Manager Facilities Management and then the Mall Director, where they oversaw all daily operations of The Avenues mall and coordinated maintenance, repair, and renovation activities while ensuring adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. In February 2020, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Mabanee Company.

Waleed Al Fahad pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Waleed later enrolled in the PLD23, Program For Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, completing the program from 2016 to 2017.
