Business Systems Support Analyst

Location - Dewsbury

On-site, Permanent

We are currently looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst to support our growing IT team, this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to upskill and develop through the company, you will find more details below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, analyse and provide solutions to issues identified within software and ensure issue is managed through to conclusion.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences of technical issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Define and Prioritise development tasks and pipeline.
  • Configuration and administration of core systems.
  • Ensure Incident, Problem and Change Management processes are followed to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues and provide a first class service to the business and its customers.
  • Conduct systems testing and ensure the quality of business systems, including testing new software releases and patches.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledgebase articles and training materials.
  • Help with technical solution designs and integrations.

What You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years supporting ERP and/or CRM systems

  • Advanced SQL (Structured Query Language)

  • Microsoft Office applications

  • Attention to detail

  • Written and Verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Interview Process

  • Initial telephone / Microsoft Teams call, the line manager or Human Resources may conduct this
  • Interview – In person, held by the line manager
