Arran Philippou is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a background in major projects and technical business management. Currently serving as Major Projects Manager and Sales Manager at Mabey Hire Ltd since November 2019, Arran previously held the position of Technical Business Manager - Engineering at fischer fixings UK Ltd. Prior experience includes roles as Global Engineer and Project Engineer - Rail at Hilti Group, where engineering consultation was provided for various global projects and the rail construction industry in London. Arran began the career as a Research Engineer at The University of Nottingham, collaborating on a suicide prevention project with Network Rail, and also worked as an Assistant Maintenance Engineer at New England Seafood. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Nottingham and A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Psychology from Heathside Sixth Form.
