Jay Nawaz

Jay joins Mable from his role as MYOB’s Head of Product, Platforms, where he had accountability for the strategic direction of the MYOB platform, including business operation and partner interaction. In addition, he helped MYOB move to a more customer-centric and customer-value-based approach to developing products.

Previously, Jay was REA-Group’s Head of Product, Customer and Business Systems, playing a significant role in shaping the business into a transaction-based company focusing on product and business strategy.

Jay’s career spans more than two decades and includes some of the biggest brands in technology, including IBM, MYOB and REA Group.

Over 20 years, he has been exposed to a wide range of roles ranging from finance to sales to product management, giving him a unique range of skills and knowledge that he uses to identify problems and then works with teams to form solutions to achieve outcomes.

Jay enjoys working and thinking about digital strategy and commercialisation and building teams to support that execution.
