Chris "C.T." Young began their career in 1997 as an Assistant Vice President in Corporate Banking at Bank of Oklahoma. In 2001, they joined The Williams Companies, Inc. as a Manager in Corporate Finance, where they oversaw various financial activities for multiple debt entities. Chris "C.T." completed significant debt capital markets transactions and managed responsibilities such as project finance and debt compliance. In 2010, they moved to Commerce Bank, initially serving as a Senior Vice President and later as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Oklahoma. During this time, they played a crucial role in credit and risk management. In 2017, Young joined Mabrey Bank as a Senior Vice President, where they handled energy lending management. Chris "C.T." later took on the role of Senior Vice President and Energy Lending Manager.

Chris "C.T." Young completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Oklahoma City University in 1995. Chris "C.T." then pursued further education and obtained an MBA from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business in 1996.
