Laura Rodríguez Álvarez is currently the Human Resources Site Leader at mAbxience in León, overseeing the HR department since the plant's inception in 2014. Prior to this, Laura held various HR roles at Chemo, managing multiple industrial plants in León. With a background in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Laura has a solid foundation in HR practices and labor relations. Laura also has experience in finance, purchasing, and customer service through their previous trainee positions in different industries.
