Craig Birkbeck has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Craig is currently working as the Global Head of Patient Engagement Operations at MAC Clinical Research since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Patient Liaison Centre Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2022.
Before joining MAC Clinical Research, Craig worked as a Pyrotechnics Technician at G2 Fireworks from 2014 onwards. Craig also held various roles at Firstsource starting as a Customer Sales Advisor in 1999 and progressing to Operations Manager from 2016 to 2021.
Craig has also worked at AXA as a Sales Team Manager from 2013 to 2015, and at BGL Group as a Team Manager in 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Team Manager at Sitel in 2012 and Senior Team Manager at Firstsource Solutions Limited from 2011 to 2012.
Craig'searly career includes roles at Barclaycard, where they worked as a Customer Sales Advisor from 1999 to 2001, Retentions Team Manager from 2001 to 2006, and Senior Sales Manager/Relief Operations Manager from 2006 to 2011. Throughout their career, Craig has demonstrated strong leadership and performance in sales and operations.
Craig Birkbeck completed their G.C.S.E's in English, Literature, Technology, Computer Studies, Physics, and Mathematics at Bydales from 1984 to 1989. Craig then pursued an HND in Marine Telecommunications & Electronics with a focus on Telecomms and Electronics at Wray Castle from 1991 to 1993. Lastly, they obtained a degree in call centre management from Ulster University from 2015 to 2017.
