Jo Crawford

Jo ensures smooth administration and operations for the Chicago Commitment team as an integral and active team member. Her work contributes to the team's strategy development and refinement as it invests in people, places, and partnerships to advance racial equity and build a more inclusive Chicago.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Jo worked at Unity of Oak Park as the Administrative Coordinator assisting the Minister and Board of Directors. She has served in a number of community-based program roles at Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation and West Humboldt Park Development Council. Her work background also includes administrative and program assistant roles at Loyola University Health Center and Triton College.

Jo graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a BA in Journalism.
