Shantelice White

Shantelice White is an accomplished professional in grants management and operations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Grant Operations at the MacArthur Foundation since January 2023. Previously, Shantelice held various roles at the Bainum Family Foundation, including Director of Grants Management and Senior Grants Manager, focusing on the development of grants management policies. Shantelice's extensive experience also includes positions at The Optical Society as Registration Manager, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids as Grants Administrator, the California Community Foundation as Grants Specialist, and the Valley Economic Development Center as Project Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
