Alex Hickling

Alex Hickling has a strong background in recruitment and professional consultancy. They were a Director at Macdonald & Company, specializing in outsourcing and engagement. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Director at Tammarak, a recruitment agency focused on matching professionals with top-tier organizations in Asia Pacific and North America. They also had experience as a Consultant at both Macdonald & Company and Robert Walters, where they specialized in recruitment for the real estate and built environment sectors, as well as the IT banking division.

Alex Hickling attended Swansea University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Geography. Prior to that, Alex attended Sevenoaks School from 2001 to 2006 and completed the International Baccalaureate program, focusing on Geography, Design, Business Studies, English, Maths, and Spanish. In addition to their formal education, Alex also obtained the certification for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Standard Course, organized by Mind Hong Kong, from the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong in 2021.
