Ruth Rigden

Ruth Rigden has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ruth started their career at Elior as an HR professional in 2004 and later became a Human Resources Business Partner in 2005. Ruth worked in this role until 2014 and also took on the position of HR Manager until 2011. Ruth then joined Centerplate as the Head of HR and Training in 2014 and worked until October 2014. Following that, they joined The Grange School as an Employee Support and Compliance Manager from October 2014 to January 2016. Currently, they are working as the Head of Human Resources at Prime People (Macdonald & Company) since February 2016. In between their roles, they also served as a Human Resources Project Manager at Elior from October 2010 to September 2011.

Ruth Rigden obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Theology from Durham University between 1996 and 2000. Ruth later pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from BPP University from 2008 to 2010.
