Kara Mazey

Kara Mazey is the Director of Business Development and Client Engagement at MacDougall. In this role, Kara works directly with clients and the account management team to build and maintain strong partnerships. She is responsible for overseeing new business pursuits across the company and ensuring exceptional client stewardship. With a passion for strategic communications and impactful innovation, she enjoys being a part of the fast-paced and high-energy of the biotechnology industry. Kara joined MacDougall in 2016 as an Account Executive, prior to joining an EdTech startup company where she led the operations and business planning for multiple accounts and degree programs – she rejoined the MacDougall team in 2022. Kara graduated from Grove City College with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Political Science.
