Alison Coutinho

Alison Coutinho is a seasoned professional in architecture and development management, currently serving as Regional Director and Head of Development Management at AtkinsRéalis since 2022. At the London Borough of Newham, Alison has contributed as a Design Review Panel Member since 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Development and Delivery at Brick By Brick, Senior Design and Technical Manager for Berkeley Group Plc, and Associate at Squire and Partners, where key projects encompassed high-end residential and mixed-use developments. Academic contributions are substantial, with teaching roles at London Metropolitan University and De Montfort University, alongside positions as Professional Examiner and External Adviser. Alison holds a PgDip in Professional Practice and Management in Architecture from UCL, a DipArch in Architecture from London Metropolitan University, and a BA(Hons) in Architecture and Landscape from The University of Sheffield.
