Scott Cooper-Groom

Scott Cooper-Groom has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and workforce development, currently serving as Associate Director - Stakeholder and Engagement Lead in Defence & National Security and Associate Director - Responsible Business at Mace since April 2018. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Resource and Capability Director at Cavendish Nuclear, where responsibilities included addressing employment and skills demands related to Hinkley Point C. Additional roles include BYLOR Learning and Development Manager at Laing O'Rourke, Major Projects Manager - Nuclear New Build at CITB, and Group Compliance Manager at Hays Specialist Recruitment. Education includes a BA in History and History of Science from the University of Kent.
