Tetsu Nakashima

Sessional Instructor at MacEwan University

Tetsu Nakashima is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in engineering and technology development. Currently serving as an Associate Teaching Professor, Adjunct Professor, Research Associate, and Sessional Instructor at the University of Alberta since 2015, Tetsu has also been a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) since 2019 and a Sessional Instructor at MacEwan University since 2011. Tetsu's private consulting work focuses on technology development, while previous roles include Business Development Manager at ACAMP and member of the External Evaluation Committee for CONACYT in Mexico. Tetsu holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Alberta, alongside a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
