Brad Sharek has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brad is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Mach49 since November 2013, where they focus on helping companies disrupt themselves. Brad is also the Founder and CMO of Mach49. In addition, they have served as a Creator, Curator, and Co-convener at Stevenson School since May 2013. Brad has been a Board Member at Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association since March 2015. Previously, they were a Board Member and Design Editor at Catamaran Literary Reader from January 2012 to September 2014. Brad has also worked as the Managing Director at Operation723 LLC from February 2007 to June 2013, and as the VP Marketing at Codenomicon from March 2006 to October 2009. Before that, they were the Managing Director at sharek i|d|d from 2001 to 2005. Brad co-founded abeama, a mobile marketing platform, where they worked as the CEO from January 1999 to May 2000. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Strategos, a strategy innovation services firm, where they served as the head of the technology practice from 1996 to 1999. Brad's earlier experience includes being the Director of Multimedia Development and Product Management at Starfish Software from 1994 to 1996.

Brad Sharek attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1977 to 1980, majoring in Bioengineering and earning a varsity volleyball letterman. Brad then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at UC Santa Barbara from 1981 to 1983.
