Shane Ginsberg currently serves as Chief Brand Officer and Head of Brand Strategy, Execution + Ventures at Mach49, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Shane founded and served as Principal at FASTER/FORWARD from April 2021 to March 2024, focusing on helping brands define their identity and next steps. Shane held the position of President at EVB from February 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included talent growth, client growth, agency positioning, strategy, and culture. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Organic, Inc. from September 2005 to February 2014, and Managing Director at AKQA in San Francisco from June 2004 to June 2005, where Shane led a team in achieving innovative outcomes for major clients. As a co-founder, Managing Director, and EVP Client Services at Razorfish from May 1995 to May 2004, Shane played a pivotal role in the firm's success. Shane earned a degree from San Francisco State University between 1991 and 1994.
