Brett Sherman is a seasoned real estate developer with extensive experience in project development and consulting. Currently serving as a Real Estate Developer at Machete Group since June 2024, Brett previously held the position of Principal at Stantec from November 2018 to June 2024, where expertise in real estate consulting and project development was honed. Prior to Stantec, Brett was the Vice President at SunCal from June 2015 to June 2018, focusing on real estate development, acquisitions, and special projects. Brett's career began at Pataki-Cahill Group, where a tenure as Managing Director lasted from June 2008 to June 2015, emphasizing strategy, M&A, project finance, and business development. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College.
