Kenny Partanen

Kenny Partanen has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kenny currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager at MachineMetrics, a position they have held since 2021. Additionally, they are the Business Owner of The Smart Guy Miami LLC, where they repair laptops, computers, phones, tablets, installs televisions, and sets up or troubleshoots home theater setups. Prior to this, they were an Information Technology Technician at SmartProIT | Cloudtop® from 2020. From 2008 to 2020, they held various roles at Sonny's Enterprises Inc., including Shop Supervisor, Machine Shop Lead, Process Engineer/CNC Machinist, and CNC Machinist. During their time in the Machine Shop Lead role, they worked on tooling tests, setup documentation, and program implementation on CNC mills and lathes. As Process Engineer/CNC Machinist, they focused on process improvements, tooling tests, and designing fixtures both for the machine shop and robotic welding applications.

Kenny Partanen has obtained a variety of educational experiences. In 2009, they completed a SFMA Machining Apprenticeship at Atlantic Technical College and also attended Florida Atlantic University for Mechanical Engineering. In 2018, they began attending University of Phoenix, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2021 and a Project Management Undergraduate degree in 2020. Kenny also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business certification from University of Phoenix in February 2022. Finally, they are currently working towards a Master of Business Administration - MBA at University of Phoenix, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
