Dario Soave

Dario Soave is an experienced Managing Partner at TECO Lda, specializing in enterprise asset management, project management, and digital transformation since January 2018. Dario has held various significant roles, including Maintenance Engineer with SAIPEM S.p.A., SAP Solutions Architect at IBM Consulting, and turnaround consultant for multiple organizations across the EMEA region. Dario has been involved in high-profile SAP projects, providing functional expertise and consulting in asset management and maintenance engineering for major clients such as Equinor and Chevron. Dario's extensive background includes previous positions as a Capital Project Manager at PPG Industries, Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Novosibirsk Refinery, and Turnaround Manager at Eni. Dario's career commenced with military service as a Lieutenant in the Italian Army. Dario holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic of Mantua, Italy.
