Vijay Bharadwaj

Vijay Bharadwaj is the current Chief Data Scientist at Machinify. Prior to that, they were with Netflix for over 7 years, where they eventually became the Vice President of Product Innovation - Algorithms. In this role, they led the product function at Netflix that works on algorithms.

Bharadwaj has a lot of experience in data science and machine learning, and they have used this knowledge to help Netflix in a variety of ways. Vijay has worked on the recommendation algorithms stack, the budget allocation algorithms, and the settings in various online advertising platforms. Vijay has also recently been working on AI innovation to speed up onerous and repetitive tasks in VFX, animation, and post production.

Bharadwaj is clearly very passionate about data science and its potential applications. Vijay has used their skills to help Netflix in a variety of ways, and they continue to explore new ways to use data science to improve the company's products and services.

Vijay Bharadwaj has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, and a Field in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Vijay also attended Vidya Mandir, a school in India.

Their manager is Prasanna Ganesan, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Edward Lichty - Chief Operating Officer, Manuel Donnay - VP, Finance & Business Operations, and Victoria Bubien - Chief People Officer.
