Rushka Sthapit

Rushka Sthapit has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Trainee at Madhya Bharat Power Corporation Ltd. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at UN-HABITAT in Kathmandu, Nepal, and as an Environmental Officer at CWIN. At CWIN, they developed an organizational environmental policy, implemented environmental activities, and trained staff on environmental policies and responsibilities. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Advocacy and Research Officer at LDC Watch (L'Observatoire PMA), where they coordinated consultations and workshops, helped with research, and strengthened institutional relationships with civil societies in LDCs. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Manager at Bookmundi, where they build strategic partnerships and relationships, coordinate integration of new products, and analyze performance and strategize for better performance.

Rushka Sthapit has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Kathmandu University School of Management in Project Management, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Rushka also holds a Bachelors in Technology from Kathmandu University (KU) in Environmental Engineering, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011.
