Head of Customer Success at machtfit

Leonie Ebeler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Leonie started their career as a Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr at Niedersächsischer Turnerbund e.V. in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Personal Trainer at Körperformen Nürnberg. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Club Manager at FIT EFFECT GmbH. Leonie then transitioned to machtfit GmbH, where they held multiple roles. Leonie started as an Assistant Account Team in 2019 and later became a Customer Success Manager in 2020, supporting clients such as Bayer AG, Lufthansa, and Lanxess. In 2021, they were promoted to Team Lead Customer Success, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success since 2023.

Leonie Ebeler began their education in 2015 at The University of Göttingen, where they pursued a field of study in Wirtschaftspädagogik. Leonie then transferred to Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement in 2016 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Gesundheitsmanagement in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Leonie has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they obtained a Vereinsmanager:in C-Lizenz from the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB). In 2017, they earned an Ernährungstrainer:in B-Lizenz from the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement. Leonie received their Leistungssport Gerätturnen Trainer:in B-Lizenz (w) from the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) in 2018. Lastly, in 2019, they attained an Ausbilderschein from the IHK Saarland and a Gesundheitstrainer:in & -Coach certification from the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement.
