Pcc Rony Gruber

PCC Rony Gruber is an experienced executive and leadership coach, active since January 2013 at No Problem Coaching and holding multiple coaching roles with various organizations, including Torch and Machwürth Team International. Rony specializes in evidence-based, solution-focused transformational coaching, drawing extensively from Adlerian humanistic psychology and the innovative use of cinema as a metaphor for client transformation. Rony is also the owner of CiC (Cine inspired Coaching), a method that empowers clients to shift perspectives and create effective narratives for their goals. With a background in film direction, content editing, and motivational speaking since 1992, Rony has contributed to the coaching field as the immediate past president of ICF Israel and as a faculty member at the Alfred Adler Institute. Educational qualifications include studies at Stanford University and various coaching institutes.
