Noe Rivas Caceres

Noe Rivas Caceres has a diverse work experience in the SMT manufacturing industry, spanning over several decades.

From 1992 to 2000, they worked at Thomson Consumer Electronics as an SMT Manufacturing Manager. In this role, they supervised the coordination of the SMT process and oversaw the industrial engineering, tool room, and tool crib areas. Noe'sresponsibilities included process planning, equipment maintenance, labor standards, and capacity analysis.

From 2000 to 2018, Noe joined Robert Bosch as an SMT Process Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager. Noe managed SMT manufacturing processes in two facilities, overseeing product startups, equipment programming, quality assurance, line balancing, and equipment maintenance. Noe also led the implementation of projects integrating new technologies and improving process control and standardization.

In 2018, Noe joined Mack Technologies as an SMT Business Unit Manager. Noe'srole involved managing the SMT manufacturing operation in a border city with the USA/Mexico. Noe oversaw all processes, production, and quality assurance in a facility with 1,000 employees. Noe was responsible for the daily production master schedule and execution, equipment maintenance, capacity analysis, and line balancing. Noe also implemented process improvements to increase throughput, changeovers, line rebalance, standardization, calibrations, and process control. Noe directed the implementation of projects, ensuring the allocation of resources and timely completion.

Throughout their career, Noe Rivas Caceres has consistently demonstrated expertise in SMT manufacturing processes and a proven ability to drive improvements and project implementations.

Noe Rivas Caceres obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from ITESM, including the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" in April 2021, "Shainin Problem Solving Techniques" in April 2017, "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" in June 2016, and "Lean Manufacturing Certification" in February 2015.
