Noe oversaw all processes, production, and quality assurance in a facility with 1,000 employees. Noe was responsible for the daily production master schedule and execution, equipment maintenance, capacity analysis, and line balancing. Noe also implemented process improvements to increase throughput, changeovers, line rebalance, standardization, calibrations, and process control. Noe directed the implementation of projects, ensuring the allocation of resources and timely completion.

Noe Rivas Caceres obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from ITESM, including the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" in April 2021, "Shainin Problem Solving Techniques" in April 2017, "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" in June 2016, and "Lean Manufacturing Certification" in February 2015.
