Paul Harmsen

Paul Harmsen is an experienced engineering manager currently employed at MacKay Sposito since May 2001, where responsibilities include managing a team of engineers and technicians to prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for various projects, overseeing design development, and assisting through construction completion. Previously, Paul Harmsen served as a project engineer at W&H Pacific from February 1998 to May 2001, focusing on designing solutions for resort development, transportation, and utility systems, as well as conducting extensive stormwater modeling using HSPF. Paul Harmsen earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington between 1992 and 1997.
