Ross van Bostelen

Ross Van Bostelen is an experienced professional in operations and project management within the mining and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Operations at MacKellar Group since June 2025, Ross previously held the position of Project Manager at North American Construction Group from September 2021 to June 2025, where significant accomplishments included the successful completion of a two-year overburden contract. Prior to this, Ross held various roles at Westmoreland Mining LLC from February 2014 to July 2020, achieving notable sales and operational improvements, and led major initiatives during tenure at Sherritt International and TransAlta. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Alberta, earned in 2001.
