Christina Wright

Christina Wright is an accomplished Patient Experience Manager at Mackenzie Health since August 2021, focusing on patient engagement initiatives and navigating complaint processes. Additionally, Christina serves as a part-time professor at Centennial College, where responsibilities include mentoring students and coordinating field placement experiences. Previous roles include Pandemic Logistics Manager and Senior Lead Accreditation at North York General Hospital, and Accreditation Coordinator at Markham Stouffville Hospital. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Ryerson University, an MBA from the University of Southampton, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
